Important Information About The Mower

Please go over the type of lawn you are mowing to ensure that you have the most adequate mower for your mowing application.

Are you taking down tall grass, thickets, and brushes?

 *

If NO, then the zero turn mowers would better fit your needs if you are trying to achieve a clean, crisp, manicured appearance. Have you watched our YouTube video on “Determining the Correct Mower for your Yard or Field”? If not, please watch here - https://youtu.be/gt2k89zUw14

Are you familiar with mowers? Have you owned one before?

 *
Commercial mowers drive faster and cut much more grass per hour than residential mowers. This means consumables such as blades, belts, lubrication, and engine oil changes occur at more frequent intervals than residential mowers.
We want to bring this to your attention and ensure you are aware of this and that this information is in the owner’s manual.

Are you familiar with maintenance on gas powered products?

 *
We ask this because we want to ensure you understand that within your first 25 hours of operation, it is likely you will be required to sharpen the blades, change the engine oil, and tighten the deck belt for optimal performance.
After 40 hours, you may need to grease the lubrication points. This is all in your owner’s manual.

Did you purchase the Extended Protection Plan from Home Depot?

 *
If YES — Please make sure you call us first with any issues and we can assist with EPP. EPP, in many cases, are tough to get through.
If NO — Please be aware that Home Depot does offer extended warranties for purchase should you be interested in it.

Can we send you an email that contains information regarding delivery instructions, parts and service details and a video on how you should be receiving the mower?

 *
If you purchased a Zero Turn Mower, it’s very important that you watch these videos before you receive your mower. We get quite a few customers who do not understand the start-up/shut-down procedures and understand the required maintenance on your mowers, as this pertains to most of our calls.

?- We want to ensure you know how to use our mowers. I know you may be familiar with other mowers but there may be some slight differences with our mowers so we want to make sure you don’t get frustrated.

?- We get quite a few calls where customers forget to shut down the same way they started up so next time they go to start it up, they have their blade engagement handles on or they forget the parking brake is still on. Please watch all the following videos.

This unit has a 2 Year Limited Warranty.
We will cover anything found to be a manufacturing defect.
?- 1st Year: We will cover parts & labor if issue is found to be a manufacturing defect.
?- 2nd Year: We will cover parts ONLY and you will need to pay for labor if issue is found to be a manufacturing defect.

Routine maintenance items such as blades, belts, lubrication, and engine oil changes do occur in more frequent intervals than with residential mowers.

 *

Within your first 25 hours of operation, it is likely that you will need to sharpen the blades, change the engine oil, and tighten the deck belt for more optimal performance. You may need to grease lubrication points after 40 hours (all of this is also in your owner s manual).

 *

Please be cautious when mowing over slopes. Slopes over 15 degrees will cause oil to vent out of the unit and shorten the lifespan on the hydros.

 *

The unit will need gas before cutting.

 *

Please contact us before taking your unit into a service center so we are aware of the issue and any parts needed.

 *

Please be advised that you will need a trailer, or at least have access to a trailer, which is large enough to transport your new mower for servicing, repairs, and warranty work if it is ever needed. 75% of service centers do not offer “Pick Up and Delivery” services. If you will not have access to a trailer or be able to make arrangements for a drop-off and a pick-up for your “Beast”, please call GXI ASAP if you have any concerns or would like to reconsider your purchase.
Part of our processes encourage maintenance and adjustment which are needed from time to time on our “Beast” machines in order to keep it running in tip top shape for you.

 *

Please be aware that all of our mowers are over the counter service which means our service centers do not have trailers to pick up your unit.

 *
Important Shipping Note

Please make sure that you understand the following important information.

The video link below is a brief tutorial of how your mower should be shipped and received by you. This is a Zero Turn Mower, but the process is identical on all of our palletized products.

Are you delivery to the Home?

 *

Please thoroughly examine and look over your new mower. DO NOT allow the delivery driver to leave your property until you completely examine your new mower. If you even suspect damage, write it down on your “Bill Of Lading” with the freight company so there is no confusion and so you are not responsible for any damages by the shipping carrier. If the damage is too great, you may REFUSE to take delivery of the unit and it will be returned to GXI Outdoor Power.

You are aware if the freight driver is unable to deliver to your selected address due to not being able to unload safely or being unable to get in/out of the area easily, he may request you pick this unit up at the nearest freight terminal.

If DELIVERY IS TO THE STORE, please be advised that the store will receive the mower from the shipping carrier. Please thoroughly examine and look over your new mower. If the pallet or stretch wrap or product is damaged, then please do NOT accept the mower. Please advise the store manager that there is freight damage and to contact GXI Outdoor Power at: 919-550-3221 or email: customerservice@gxioutdoorpower.com

Can I annotate fields to indicate their intended use?

Yes. You can provide "Help" to your users for any field:

1. On any page in your application, click "Customize" then "Fields". If it is a multi-table application, select the table.

2. Click the "Edit" button next to the field for which you want to add an annotation.

3. In the "Help" text input box, enter text that will assist your users, and click "Save".

Your text will appear when the user hovers over or clicks on the question mark icon next to that field on the Add Record and Edit Record pages.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

    • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
    • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
